Basically, they have allegiance to the realtor and try hard not to ruin their deal. They want to be recommended again. There are 100s of inspectors, so its easy to find and recommend 3 that will give a favorable inspection and not ruin the deal. Its a well known fact here on LI that realtors have a black list, of inspectors to avoid at all cost. I am on that list.
